Establishing online and mobile banking alerts is incredibly helpful, especially when life gets busy. How to enroll in alerts:
Select “My Settings” in the top right corner of Online Banking. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Alerts & Notifications.” Then, select “Add an Alert.”
Go into the NB Mobile app and select “More” from the bottom toolbar on the right-hand side. Then, select the gear icon in the top right corner and choose “Push Notifications.”
You can personally transfer money from your savings account to your checking account using Online or Mobile Banking to avoid overdraft fees and make a payment.
In Online Banking, click the “Accounts” widget on the homepage or select “Move Money” from the top toolbar and then “Make Transfer.” In Mobile Banking, transfers can be completed by selecting “Transfers” from the bottom toolbar and then selecting “Transfers” again.

We’ve been made aware of fraudsters impersonating Needham Bank asking customers to verify fake transactions. The fraudsters will ask if you’ve made purchases at major retailers, withdrawn money from an ATM, or if you are traveling. Needham Bank will NEVER ask for your banking credentials or full debit card number via a phone call, email, or text message.
If you’ve received an inquiry of this nature and provided information, please contact our Customer Care Center at 781-444-2100.
