Needham Bank announced that Todd Barylick has joined the Accounting Department as Vice President, Senior Financial Analyst. Reporting to Danielle Walsh, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Mr. Barylick will be primarily responsible for analyzing Needham Bank’s financial performance and metrics, budget and financial processes and pro-forma financials.
He is bringing over 15 years of financial planning and analysis experience to his new role. Most recently, he was Assistant Vice President, Financial Analysts FP&A for State Street. While Mr. Barylick was at State Street, he supported core financial planning and analysis activities. Prior to that, he was Assistant Vice President, Senior Treasury Analyst for Brown Brothers Harriman where he produced quantitative reports for clients and employees about cash management products.
“Todd brings extensive subject matter knowledge to his new role,” remarked Ms. Walsh. “His past work experiences have prepared him well to produce financial reporting and analysis for the Bank’s executive management.”

Mr. Barylick received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hobart College and Master of Liberal Arts in Finance from Harvard University Extension School. Additionally, he has three different Tableau certifications.
