Michael Sell has joined Needham Bank as Vice President, Director of Consumer Loan and Loan Pool Collections. Reporting to Kevin Henkin, Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, Mr. Sell is responsible for overseeing and managing every aspect of the consumer loan pools at Needham Bank.
With over 25 years of comprehensive experience in financial services, Mr. Sell brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in collections, risk management and regulatory compliance to his new role. In his previous position as Vice President at Barclays Bank, he managed daily collection activity for a multi-site collection department and oversaw first party collection operations. Prior to that, he worked at Santander Bank, where he held various leadership roles including Vice President, Director of Collections Operations and Assistant Vice President, Collections Manager III.

Mr. Sell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursinus College and has completed training courses in Project Management.
