Needham Bank announced that Arthur Zweil joined the Commercial Lending department as Vice President Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lender. He is responsible for evaluating, authorizing and recommending approval of commercial loans, as well as advising borrowers on strategies to manage their business’ finances.
With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Zweil is a seasoned lender with wide-ranging experience in all facets of commercial real estate and construction lending. Before joining Needham Bank, Mr. Zweil worked at Boston Private Bank, then by merger, Silicon Valley Bank, progressing in a number of roles with increased in responsibility. Most recently, he was Vice President II, Commercial Real Estate, where he actively managed a portfolio of up to $240 million and administered more than $60 million in institutional construction loans.

Mr. Zweil received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College.
