Needham Bank announced that Anthony LaRosa joined the accounting department as Senior Vice President, Director of Accounting. Mr. LaRosa will report directly to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer Danielle Walsh and perform complex accounting duties, review and prepare financial documents and improve accounting and investment functions.
With over 30 years of demonstrated success in financial management, Mr. LaRosa was a senior vice president at Century Bank and Trust Company from 1989 to 2022 where he managed the finance department. Recently, he helped complete the successful acquisition transaction if Century Bank by Eastern Bank. Prior to that, he was a senior auditor at Ziner and Company in Boston.
“Tony has the experience, skill-set and industry knowledge that will make him a valuable asset when he is assisting with the Bank’s treasury function, asset-liability management and tax compliance,” said Ms. Walsh. “I am very excited to welcome him to the team.”

Mr. LaRosa received his bachelor of arts in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Northeastern University.
